Job summary

Charm Security is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to help financial institutions deploy next-generation AI agents for fraud prevention and cybercrime resolution. You will work directly with customers to tailor AI agents to their environment and resolve complex operational challenges.

You’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, AI, and customer success, spending time on customer sites and serving as a trusted technical partner throughout their fraud AI transformation journey.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in forward-deployed engineering or similar roles.
• Experience building integrations, APIs, automation, or backend systems.
• Experience deploying AI systems and working with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand fraud workflows and operational challenges.
• Configure and tailor AI agents to each customer environment.
• Build integrations with customer systems and data sources.
• Prototype solutions for customer-specific requirements.
• Analyze usage and evolve deployments based on feedback.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver new capabilities.
• Travel to customer sites across the United States (approx. 25-50%).
