Job summary

Ensono seeks a Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth, manage senior client relationships, and align our capabilities with client needs across an enterprise portfolio.

This remote US role requires consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate business challenges into measurable technology value. Competencies in managing deals, leading teams, and mentoring sales talent are valued.

Qualifications

• Mid- to-senior level sales leadership with enterprise client responsibility.
• Experience in consultative sales, preferably in technology or managed service solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience forecasting pipelines with accuracy.
• Experience closing complex sales opportunities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with managed services, hosting, mainframe, security, and outsourcing.
• Strong relationship development and networking skills.
• Ability to consult with executives on technology solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Promote strong client relationships with thought leadership and consultation on aligning client needs to Ensono products/services.
• Develop relationships with decision makers and influencers to grow revenue across Ensono’s portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms for assigned deals; monitor sales trends.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate information effectively to diverse internal and external audiences.
• Serve as a trusted IT advisor to clients and contribute to strategic planning.
• Challenge assumptions to drive improved results and innovative solutions.
• Mentor and develop sales talent through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
