Job summary

Ensono is seeking a results-driven Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships within an assigned portfolio of enterprise clients. You will manage senior-level relationships, leverage cross-functional resources, and ensure strong execution throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.

You will take a consultative, solution-oriented approach to identifying client challenges and aligning Ensono’s capabilities to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Senior-level sales leadership with enterprise client relationships.
• Experience in consultative sales, preferably in technology or managed service solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy.
• Experience managing and closing complex sales opportunities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
• Strong relationship development and networking skills.
• Ability to consult with client executives on technology solutions from a business perspective.

Responsibilities

• Promote and advance strong client relationships by aligning business needs with Ensono offerings.
• Develop relationships with decision makers and influencers to grow revenue across the portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and terms for deals; monitor market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams for outcomes.
• Translate business and technology value clearly to diverse audiences.
