Job summary

Ensono seeks a Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships across an assigned portfolio of enterprise clients. You will manage senior-level client relationships and coordinate cross-functional resources to address client needs throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.

You will take a consultative, solution-driven approach to identifying client challenges and aligning Ensono’s capabilities to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior level sales leadership experience with accountability for enterprise client relationships.
• Proven track record in consultative technology or managed service solutions sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals and manage complex opportunities.
• Experience forecasting pipelines with accuracy and reporting.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong relationship skills with senior business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive strong client relationships with thought leadership and consultation.
• Grow revenue and drive new opportunities across Ensono’s end-to-end portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms for assigned deals.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure outcomes.
• Communicate effectively to diverse audiences about business and technology value.
• Mentor sales talent through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
