Job summary

Ensono seeks a results-driven Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships across a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will manage senior-level relationships, align Ensono’s capabilities with client needs, and lead sales and delivery lifecycle execution.

You will balance proven sales execution with innovative approaches, navigating a dynamic market while leveraging cross-functional resources to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior level sales leadership experience with accountability for enterprise client relationships.
• Proven consultative sales experience, preferably in technology or managed services.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy.
• Experience managing and closing complex sales opportunities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive strong client relationships with thought leadership and consultation.
• Develop relationships with decision makers to grow revenue across Ensono’s portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms for deals.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams.
• Translate business and technology value clearly to diverse audiences.
• Serve as trusted IT advisor and contribute to strategic planning for clients.
• Drive innovation and improved outcomes for client programs.
• Mentor sales talent through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
