Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Manager Computer Systems Architecture 2 to lead the Enterprise Business Architecture within the Governance & Strategy organization and guide business-architecture activities that connect enterprise priorities to architecture decisions. The role partners with enterprise and technical leaders to align outcomes, strategy, and capabilities, reporting to the Head of Strategy and Architecture.

Telecommuting is possible within 90 miles of a major location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 9+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degrees with fewer years.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, operating-model design, or strategy-to-technology alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise business architecture organization under the Head of Strategy and Architecture.
• Define and manage business architecture methods, outputs, cadences, and priorities.
• Translate enterprise strategy and operating-model needs into architecture direction and transformation priorities.
• Partner with technical architecture leaders to align business and IT priorities.
• Own end-to-end Enterprise Business Capability Model and guide cross-capability analysis.
• Lead and mentor architects and staff within the business architecture lane.
