Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline + 12+ years of experience; or Master’s with 10+ years; or PhD with 8+ years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level clearance.
• Experience defining standards, patterns, roadmaps, or guardrails for shared tech environments.
• Strong understanding of platform modernization, interoperability, resiliency, and trade-offs in enterprise tech.
• Influencing enterprise tech decisions across multiple teams or domains.
• Connecting application, infrastructure, data, security, and business needs into coherent tech direction.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF ADM, UAF, or equivalents.

Aufgaben

• Define enterprise technology principles, standards, reference architectures, and target-state patterns.
• Guide technology decisions related to hosting patterns, platform direction, and integration technologies.
• Identify fragmentation, gaps, and modernization opportunities across the tech landscape.
• Shape roadmaps for foundational platforms aligned with business and security needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate trade-offs and improve long-range coherence.
• Participate in architecture reviews and governance forums for major initiatives.
• Mentor architects on enterprise architecture methods and guardrails.
• Support executive communications on risks, standards decisions, and modernization priorities.
