Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Computer Systems Architect to own the current-state and target-state architecture for an enterprise-focused capability portfolio across HCM, SCM, Finance, PM, and enterprise management. This role sits in Strategy and Architecture and requires coordinating across multiple domains to deliver a coherent roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in a technical or related field with substantial experience in enterprise architecture.
• Experience with TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks and roadmap development.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries and connect target-state design to delivery planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Business Capability Architect for enterprise-focused portfolio spanning HCM, SCM, FinMgmt, PM, Acquisition, and Enterprise Management.
• Define and maintain current-state and target-state architecture across enterprise capabilities.
• Develop capability roadmaps spanning systems, services, and initiatives.
• Translate architecture direction into capability-specific guidance for portfolio.
• Identify dependencies, sequencing, and trade-offs across landscapes.
• Guide delivery teams to advance a coherent target state rather than local optimizations.
• Collaborate with Governance & Strategy, ERP, IT, and cybersecurity groups to align capabilities.
