Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline and 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance as a condition of employment.
• Experience defining standards, patterns, roadmaps, or architecture guardrails for shared technology environments.
• Strong understanding of platform modernization, interoperability, resiliency, lifecycle planning, and enterprise technology trade-offs.
• Ability to influence enterprise technology decisions across multiple teams and domains.
• Knowledge of TOGAF ADM, UAF, or other Architecture Frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology standards, reference architectures, and target-state patterns for shared technical capabilities.
• Guide technology architecture decisions related to hosting patterns, platform direction, and integration technologies.
• Partner with application, data, security, infrastructure, and delivery stakeholders to improve interoperability and coherence.
• Translate enterprise priorities into practical roadmaps and guardrails for peer domain leads.
• Participate in architecture reviews and governance forums involving major platform and foundational initiatives.
• Mentor architects and leaders on architecture methods, guardrails, and expectations.
• Support executive communication on enterprise technology risks, standards decisions, and modernization priorities.
