Zusammenfassung

Northrop Grumman seeks a Manager Computer Systems Architecture 2 to lead the enterprise business architecture lane within the Governance & Strategy organization. You’ll translate enterprise priorities into business capability framing, drive cross-capability analysis, and ensure architecture decisions align with business outcomes.

You will partner with technical leaders and business stakeholders to balance strategic priorities with delivery constraints while guiding a team of architects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 9+ years of experience; or Master’s with 7+ years; or PhD with 4+ years.
• Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Experience connecting business priorities, process change, and architectural direction.

Aufgaben

• Own the end to end Enterprise Business Capability Model.
• Lead the business architecture organization reporting to the Head of Strategy and Architecture.
• Define and maintain business architecture methods, outputs, and roadmaps.
• Translate enterprise strategy into architecture framing, capabilities, and transformation priorities.
• Guide cross-capability dependency mapping and business-impact framing for major decisions.
• Mentor and lead architecture staff aligned to business capabilities.
