Zendesk seeks a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new enterprise SaaS deals with executive stakeholders across business, technology and security. You will craft ROI-focused stories, manage a multi-threaded buying committee and own end-to-end deal progression in a fully flexible remote setup.

Formación

• 8–12 years of complex B2B SaaS new-business selling experience.
• Ability to own outcomes and drive deal judgments with executive buyers.
• Proven prospecting discipline and quota attainment with multi-threaded selling.
• Experience discussing AI, automation, and platform value credibly.
• CRM, forecast and pipeline discipline; evidence-based decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain qualified net-new pipeline to meet quota.
• Lead a repeatable prospecting-to-close process end-to-end.
• Translate customer priorities into Zendesk AI value propositions.
• Align across business, technology, security, finance and procurement.
• Own deal progression, negotiation and guardrail-compliant closure.
• Coordinate with Solution Engineers, Product Specialists and partners.
• Maintain CRM data quality, forecast and risk visibility.
• Document goals and success criteria for clean handoff.
