Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new business across the United States with a focus on AI-powered customer experience platforms. You will own the end-to-end sales process, from discovery to close, coordinating with product, security and finance teams to craft compelling business cases.

The role is remote with fully flexible work options and a strong focus on large, complex deals.

Qualifications

8–12 years of related experience in complex B2B SaaS new-business selling.
Experience in value-based discovery and commercial deal ownership.
Evidence of prospecting discipline, quota attainment or growth results, executive engagement, and complex deal judgment.
Ability to discuss AI, automation, service operations and platform value credibly.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain qualified net-new pipeline to meet or exceed quota.
Lead prospecting-to-close process: discovery, qualification, value mapping, action planning, business-case development, negotiation, contracting and close.
Translate customer priorities into Zendesk platform and AI value.
Build alignment across business, technology, security, finance, procurement and buying committee.
Own commercial strategy, deal progression, and negotiation within guardrails.
