Job summary

Procore Technologies in the United States seeks a Principal Enablement & Adoption Manager, Enterprise AI to scale AI fluency across the workforce. You will design role-based enablement paths, build and maintain a central AI knowledge base, and lead a global champions network to spread adoption.

You will measure progress, plan trainings for waves, and communicate roadmaps while staying ahead of new Claude/Gemini capabilities to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enablement, learning and development, or change management at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools (Claude and Gemini) and ability to teach others.
• Experience designing role-based learning programs and measuring business impact.
• Proven success building global champion or ambassador networks.
• Experience building self-service learning hubs or enterprise knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Design persona-based enablement programs across roles and access tiers.
• Build and own the AI knowledge base with how-to guides and prompts.
• Lead a champions network and drive adoption across business units.
• Plan training and comms for rollout waves in partnership with program leads.
• Own adoption comms and communicate tool availability and roadmap.
• Demonstrate and showcase AI capabilities to accelerate business value.
• Track fluency and impact by team and persona with analytics.
• Support everyday learning via office hours and channel guidance.
