Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Principal Product Manager, Enterprise AI, to lead the AI portfolio across operators and builders. You will set standards, priorities, and measurable value while coordinating with AI Platform Engineering and enterprise teams.

This is a business-led technology role focused on impact, not just tooling. You’ll own governance standards, shareable AI assets, and the roadmap for enterprise agents and Claude, partnering with security, legal, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience at enterprise scale.
• Fluent with generative AI tools and working understanding of LLMs, agents, and connectors.
• Experience evaluating, selecting, or rolling out AI/automation platforms at enterprise scale.
• Experience partnering across engineering, data, and business stakeholders to drive adoption of a new technology.
• Strong prioritization judgment across competing stakeholders; comfortable saying no.

Responsibilities

• Be the product leader for the AI employee experience; own roadmap, prioritization, adoption strategy, and value delivery.
• Own the enterprise AI roadmap and tool portfolio; decide tools and sequencing, retire legacy tools.
• Run tool and platform evaluations with defined criteria; partner with Principal Architect on technical evaluations.
• Prioritize AI use cases across the business; rank and decide what moves forward.
