Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Domain Team Enablement, to lead the platform strategy for internal AI enablement. You will craft and govern a scalable ecosystem of reusable modules, APIs, and developer tooling, empowering domain and product teams to embed autonomous AI agents and intelligent workflows across Procore’s platform.

You will partner with engineering leads, data scientists, and product teams to turn complex AI tech into accessible tooling, driving velocity

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS or related field, or equivalent practical work experience.
• 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS/enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, autonomous agents, or API/SDK platform design.
• Experience building horizontal infrastructure or shared modules enabling multiple product lines.
• Proven ability to manage an agile backend backlog and translate platform goals into engineering specs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in Construction Tech or AECO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the technical roadmap for Procore's internal AI enablement platform, delivering robust APIs, SDKs, and reusable core modules.
• Design and enforce architectural guardrails and evaluation frameworks to ensure AI workflows maintain elite quality without fracturing user experience.
• Translate AI concepts into accessible internal developer documentation, tooling, and scaffolding to lower barriers for internal teams.
• Prioritize the backend backlog and feature lifecycle for internal enablement tools across cross-functional product lines.
• Manage stakeholder friction and drive cross-functional alignment to unify and scale the AI ecosystem.
• Track and optimize metrics of domain-team agents to ensure enablement platform delivers tangible end-user value.
• Establish baseline engineering metrics to reduce friction, time, and effort for building and maintaining agents.
