Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enablement, learning and development, or change management at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, and ability to teach others to use them.

Responsibilities

• Design persona-based enablement programs across roles and access tiers.
• Build and own the AI knowledge base with how-to guides and use-case libraries.
• Lead a champions network across business units to drive AI adoption.
• Plan training and comms for rollout waves in partnership with rollout leads.
• Own adoption communications and roadmap updates for employees.
• Build demand through demos, workshops and AI showcases.
