• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and LLMs.
• Experience evaluating or rolling out AI/platforms at enterprise scale.
• Ability to partner with engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
• Strong prioritization and ability to say no.

• Be the product leader for the AI employee experience and roadmap.
• Own the enterprise AI roadmap and tool portfolio.
• Run tool and platform evaluations with defined criteria.
• Prioritize the use case portfolio and drive value.

• Own requirements and roadmap for enterprise agents and Claude.
