Kotis Design, LLC is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate growth within our current accounts. You will own a portfolio of 25–35 enterprise accounts, nurturing relationships and uncovering opportunities across departments such as Marketing, HR, and Events.

Remote work is supported across listed states, with 8–12 annual trips. The role emphasizes pipeline management, collaboration with Sales Ops and Customer Success, and a track record of expanding enterprise footprints.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience using sales automation tools (HubSpot, Outreach) or similar platforms.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with disciplined follow-up and prioritization.
• Experience managing communications and pipelines through a CRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business software.
• Willingness to travel about 8–12 trips per year.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of approximately 25–35 Enterprise accounts and expand value.
• Nurture existing relationships and uncover opportunities within enterprise accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities across Marketing, HR, Events, and other teams.
• Re-engage former customers to drive revenue growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Customer Success to leverage leads and insights.
• Conduct virtual and on-site visits; maintain an active sales pipeline and KPIs.
