Kotis Design, LLC is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within our enterprise portfolio. This fully remote role is open in AZ, CA, CO, IL, IA, KY, MI, NC, OH, OR, TX, UT, or WA.

You will own 25–35 enterprise accounts, expand relationships across departments, pursue new opportunities, re‑engage dormant customers, and collaborate with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Creative Project Managers to exceed KPIs. Travel 8–12 trips per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience using sales automation tools (HubSpot, Outreach).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized enough to manage a portfolio of accounts.
• Experience managing communication and pipelines through a CRM.
• Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office programs).
• Travel required, approximately 8-12 trips yearly.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of approximately 25–35 Enterprise accounts.
• Grow revenue within Growth accounts and expand Kotis products and services.
• Pursue new opportunities within Enterprise accounts across Marketing, HR, Events, Sales, and more.
• Re-engage former customers and dormant Enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Leverage leads from Sales Ops, Customer Success Managers, and Creative Project Managers.
• Use lead generation tools and software provided by Kotis.
• Engage in social and professional networking to generate prospects.
• Conduct virtual and on-site prospect visits.
• Actively manage and monitor the sales pipeline to exceed KPIs.
