Kotis Design is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to grow within our current accounts, nurture relationships, and uncover opportunities across Marketing, HR, Events, and other teams to expand our footprint. You will balance hunting with deep account development.

This fully remote role is open in the listed states. Expect 8–12 annual trips, a base salary of $90-100K with bonus potential, and an aggressive OTE of $125,000–$250,000 as you accelerate growth.

Formación

• 2+ years of business development experience.
• 2+ years’ experience using sales automation tools (HubSpot, Outreach.io).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized enough to manage a portfolio of 25–35 accounts.
• Willing to travel 8–12 trips yearly.
• Experience managing communication and pipelines through a CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of approximately 25–35 Enterprise accounts.
• Expand relationships within Growth accounts and identify new value across Kotis products and services.
• Pursue new business opportunities within Enterprise accounts across Marketing, HR, Events, Sales, Community, Procurement and other teams.
• Re-engage former customers and dormant Enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Leverage internal teams and lead-generation tools; use social/professional networking.
• Generate referrals and manage your sales pipeline to exceed KPIs.
• Conduct virtual and on-site prospect visits; educate prospects on Kotis offerings.
