Job summary

Infisical, a remote-first security infrastructure platform, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in the DACH region. You will demonstrate the platform to prospects, manage enterprise accounts, and guide the sales cycle from prospecting to close while collaborating with engineering to align on requirements and timelines.

You will leverage your experience selling to technical audiences, scale sales operations, and pursue upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience selling software to a technical audience, OSS/security/infrastructure familiarity is a plus.
• Proven track record in scaling sales operations, setting up processes and CRM.
• Strong credibility and ability to craft compelling cases for change.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales (engineers, directors, executives).
• Fluency in English and German is required.

Responsibilities

• Grow the customer base and close net-new logos in enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrate and map Infisical platform to prospects.
• Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to close in the DACH region.
• Collaborate with engineering to define customer requirements and timelines.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.
• Leverage sales tools to map, prospect, and close accounts.
