Job summary

Infisical is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to grow our customer base and close net-new logos for its open-source secrets management platform. You will partner with the Head of Sales to map, pursue, and close enterprise deals as we scale to thousands of customers.

You will engage with IC engineers to executives, craft compelling business cases for change, and collaborate with product and engineering to translate customer needs into timelines and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience selling software to a technical audience with B2B expansion (bonus: OSS, security, infra).
• Proven ability to scale sales ops: create processes, CRM, and a team.
• Credibility to craft compelling cases for change and ROI.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales from IC to director/executive level.

Responsibilities

• Understand and demonstrate Infisical to enterprise prospects.
• Develop, manage, and close business within enterprise accounts.
• Drive the sales cycle from prospect to close and ensure adoption & consumption.
• Collaborate with engineering to define customer requirements and timelines.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with current customers.
• Use innovative sales tools to map, prospect, and close accounts.
