Qualifications

• Experience selling software to a technical audience.
• Experience scaling sales operations from the ground up, including setting up processes and CRM.
• Credibility and ability to craft compelling cases for change.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales (engineers, directors, execs).

Responsibilities

• Understand and demonstrate Infisical products to prospects.
• Develop, manage, and close business within enterprise accounts.
• Drive the sales cycle from prospect to close and ensure product adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering to define customer requirements and timelines.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Map, prospect, and close accounts using sales tools.
