Samsara oversees a remote-friendly enterprise sales role focused on strategic accounts across the US. You will own the engagement from prospecting to close, building executive relationships and driving complex, solution-based campaigns.

The ideal candidate will handle multi-million ARR opportunities, excel in outbound prospecting, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding Samsara's cultural principles and collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a full-cycle sales role with enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of quota over-achievement in complex accounts and $500k+ ARR transactions.
• Experience owning enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships.
• Willing and comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop Executive-Level relationships within strategic, named accounts.
• Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
• Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns.
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.
