Job summary

OneStream is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in a defined territory. You will own end-to-end pipeline, engage C-level stakeholders, and apply a value-based approach to demonstrate how OneStream’s SaaS platform addresses complex financial needs.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Alliances to accelerate deal velocity, balance new business with existing accounts, and consistently exceed quotas in a remote, travel-heavy environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of net-new growth.
• Proven success prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing complex deals.
• Skilled at articulating value to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-threaded sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drives new logo acquisition through strategic prospecting and outbound outreach.
• Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding evolving customer needs.
• Maintains a healthy pipeline through self-sourced efforts and cross-functional collaboration.
• Keeps Salesforce records accurate to support forecasting and alignment.
• Prepares and presents tailored business cases and SaaS agreements.
