Job summary

OneStream Software seeks an Account Executive to drive new business growth in a remote-friendly role targeting defined territories. You will own pipeline generation, engage C-level stakeholders, and close net-new opportunities using a consultative, value-based approach.

Collaborating with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Business Development, and Alliances, you will expand OneStream's footprint into untapped markets while balancing new logo acquisition and revenue growth. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of B2B sales, with a focus on new business and quota attainment.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas through net-new acquisition.
• Experience prospecting, pipeline generation and closing complex deals.
• Ability to articulate value to senior stakeholders and navigate multi-threaded cycles.

Responsibilities

• New logo acquisition through strategic prospecting and outbound outreach.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and align with client needs.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across teams and stages.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene to support forecast accuracy and deals.
• Prepare tailored business cases and SaaS proposals for executives.
• Achieve quota targets and drive revenue growth.
• Partner with Marketing, Pre-Sales, BDR, and Alliances to extend reach.
• Communicate differentiators clearly through written, virtual, and in-person presentations.
• Forecast opportunities and transfer knowledge across teams.
• Conduct discovery, research, and demos to map OneStream offerings to client challenges.
• Develop high-impact proposals in response to client RFPs.
