OneStream is seeking an Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth within a defined territory. You will engage and influence C-level stakeholders, navigate enterprise sales cycles, and articulate how OneStream’s SaaS platform solves complex finance and operational challenges.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Business Development, and Alliances to accelerate deal velocity while managing pipeline and ensuring customer success. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on new business.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas through net-new customer acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to engage C-level stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Account Expansion: identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and align with customer needs.
• Pipeline Generation: build and maintain a healthy pipeline with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce Hygiene: keep Salesforce data clean for forecasting and alignment.
• Sales Execution: prepare proposals and SaaS agreements that meet customer objectives.
• Balance new business and existing growth to hit targets.
• Customer Partnership: act as a consultative partner delivering ongoing value.
• Articulate differentiators through compelling presentations.
• Opportunity Management: track opportunities with cross-functional knowledge transfer.
• Create compelling proposals in response to client requests.
