Job summary

Kotis Design, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to nurture and expand a portfolio of 25–35 enterprise accounts. This role focuses on expanding existing relationships across departments and uncovering new opportunities within current customers.

Fully remote within the United States; travel 8–12 trips per year; base salary 90–100K with bonus potential. You will collaborate with marketing, customer success, and operations to align Kotis products across employee programs, events,

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience using sales automation tools (HubSpot, Outreach) and CRM.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of 25–35 Enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing communication and pipelines through a CRM.
• Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office).
• Travel required, approximately 8–12 trips yearly.

Responsibilities

• Work with Growth accounts to identify where Kotis products can add value.
• Sell to new departments and contacts across Marketing, HR, Events, Sales, Procurement, etc.
• Re-engage former customers and dormant Enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Leverage leads from Sales Ops and Customer Success Managers.
• Use provided lead generation tools and software.
• Utilize social and professional networking to generate prospects.
• Conduct virtual and on-site prospect visits.
• Actively manage and monitor your sales pipeline to exceed KPIs.
