Job summary

Kotis Design, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to grow and expand our enterprise portfolio. You will nurture current relationships, uncover opportunities within 25–35 enterprise accounts, and drive revenue across multiple departments.

The role supports fully remote work in select states with travel 8–12 trips annually as needed, focusing on strategic growth across Marketing, HR, Events, and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales with automation tools.
• Experience managing communications and pipelines through a CRM.
• Strong PC skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Work with Growth accounts to identify value additions and cross-sell Kotis products and services.
• Pursue new opportunities within existing Enterprise accounts across departments.
• Re-engage former customers to drive revenue growth.
• Leverage internal leads and tools to generate prospects.
• Use social/professional networks to develop contacts and gigs.
• Conduct virtual and on-site prospect visits and manage the sales pipeline to exceed KPIs.
