Kotis Design, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within its current enterprise accounts and uncover opportunities across departments. You will manage a portfolio of 25–35 accounts, nurture relationships, and hunt for new business within existing clients.

The role blends strategic relationship building with proactive outreach across Marketing, HR, Events, and other teams. It is fully remote with travel expectations and requires experience with CRM tools and sales

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years business development experience.
• 2+ years using sales automation tools (HubSpot, Outreach.io).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience managing CRM-based pipelines and travel 8–12 trips yearly.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of approximately 25-35 Enterprise accounts.
• Identify value for Kotis products and services across departments.
• Pursue new business opportunities within existing Enterprise accounts by expanding contacts.
• Re-engage former customers and dormant Enterprise accounts to drive revenue.
• Leverage internal leads and tools to generate opportunities.
• Use provided lead generation tools and software.
• Utilize social and professional networking to generate prospects.
• Generate referral business from existing clients.
• Conduct virtual and on-site prospect visits.
• Manage and monitor your sales pipeline to exceed KPIs.
• Educate prospects on Kotis services and present solutions.
