Zusammenfassung

Kotis Design, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to grow within our current accounts and unlock opportunities across departments. You’ll own a portfolio of approximately 25–35 Enterprise accounts and nurture relationships to expand Kotis products like employee programs, events, gifting, portals, and fulfillment.

You will travel 8–12 times per year and collaborate with internal teams to leverage leads and insights, driving revenue growth while surpassing KPIs in a fully remote role

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years’ experience using sales automation tools (HubSpot, Outreach).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized enough to manage a portfolio of accounts without opportunities going untouched.
• Experience managing communication and pipelines through a CRM.
• Strong PC Skills (proficient in Microsoft Office programs).
• Travel required, approximately 8-12 trips yearly.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with existing Growth accounts to identify areas where Kotis products and services can add value and meet goals.
• Pursue new business opportunities within existing Enterprise accounts by engaging new departments and contacts across Marketing, HR, Events, Sales, and more.
• Re-engage former customers and dormant Enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Leverage leads and insights from internal teams like Sales Operations and Customer Success Managers.
• Effectively use provided lead generation tools and software.
• Utilize social and professional networking to generate prospects.
• Conduct virtual and on-site visits to prospects.
• Manage and monitor your sales pipeline to consistently exceed KPIs.
