Job summary

Kotis Design, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within existing enterprise portfolios. This fully remote role covers select US states and focuses on expanding relationships across departments, adding value with Kotis programs from gifting to portals.

You'll own 25–35 enterprise accounts, travel ~8–12 times per year, and leverage HubSpot/Outreach to manage pipelines. Base salary 90–100K with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in enterprise sales.
• Experience with sales automation tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25–35 Enterprise accounts.
• Identify opportunities across Marketing, HR, Events and more.
• Re-engage dormant accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Leverage internal leads and tools.
• Conduct virtual and on-site prospect visits.
• Maintain and exceed KPIs with a proactive sales pipeline.
