Job summary

Kotis Design, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to expand revenue within our existing enterprise base. You will own 25–35 accounts, uncover new contacts, and drive growth across Marketing, HR, Events and other teams.

This role blends hunting and relationship-building, requires travel 8–12 trips per year, and offers a base salary of $90-100K with a strong OTE. Fully remote within listed states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years business development experience.
• 2+ years’ experience using sales automation tools (HubSpot, Outreach.io).
• Experience managing communication and pipelines through a CRM.
• Travel commitment of 8–12 trips per year.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of approximately 25–35 Enterprise accounts.
• Identify areas to add value across Kotis products and services.
• Pursue new business opportunities within existing Enterprise accounts.
• Re-engage former customers and dormant Enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Leverage internal leads and tools to generate prospects.
• Generate referral business from existing clients.
• Conduct virtual and on-site prospect visits.
• Manage and monitor your sales pipeline to exceed KPIs.
• Educate prospects on Kotis offerings and present solutions.
