Job summary

SignalWire, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to generate and close net-new enterprise opportunities in a fully remote role across approved US states. You’ll build pipeline, run outbound cadences, and close complex deals, collaborating with a tight team and Sales Operations. Expect rigorous forecasting, feedback-driven playbooks, and a fast-paced, data-informed environment.

The position offers an OTE of $130,000 to $140,000 USD annually (50/50 base and commission) with equity eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for sales tasks such as prospecting, messaging, or call analysis.
• Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and procurement processes.
• Comfortable acting as a subject‑matter expert to inform outbound content, messaging, and team enablement, while operating within a leadership-defined process.
• Direct experience selling CPaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS platforms.
• Experience selling developer tools, API‑based platforms, or other infrastructure/developer-adjacent technologies.
• Experience following structured outbound sales playbooks.
• OTE range for this position is $130,000 to $140,000 USD annually, split 50/50 between base and commission. Equity grant eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close net-new enterprise opportunities.
• Pipeline Development: self-sourced outbound pipeline, generate qualified enterprise meetings, achieve monthly targets, provide feedback to refine cadences and messaging.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity tracking in Salesforce to provide forecasts and visibility.
• Clear command of the target buyer, stakeholders, and qualification process.
• Proven ability to execute outbound pipeline generation consistently and independently.
