Job summary

SignalWire, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to generate and close net-new enterprise opportunities while expanding existing accounts through cross-sell and renewals. This fully remote role serves candidates in the United States with approved hiring states.

You’ll build an outbound pipeline using cadences and messaging, and report to the VP of Sales. You’ll team with tenured peers and a Sales Operations Manager to drive forecasts, qualification, and positioning for CPaaS/UCaaS/CCaaS

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for sales tasks such as prospecting, messaging, or call analysis.
• Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and procurement processes.
• Comfortable acting as a subject‑matter expert to inform outbound content and messaging.
• Direct experience selling CPaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS platforms preferred.
• Experience selling developer tools, API-based platforms, or infrastructure/developer-adjacent technologies.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close net-new enterprise opportunities.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close.
• Develop and maintain a self-sourced outbound pipeline.
• Generate qualified enterprise meetings and meet targets.
• Provide field feedback to refine outbound cadences and messaging.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
• Provide reliable forecasts and pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership for customer insights.
• Understand the target buyer and qualification process.
