Job summary

Glean, a Work AI platform, hires an Enterprise Account Executive to land multi-million dollar, often global, enterprise accounts. You will source logos, map buying committees, and drive value-driven SaaS deals using MEDDIC/Challenger approaches.

Role is remote and territory-based, focused in FL/GA. You will collaborate with internal teams, develop go-to-market strategies, and build repeatable sales processes to deliver predictable bookings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of being a top performer.
• Experience selling to C-level executives and building relationships face to face.
• Knowledge of best-of-breed softwares and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security and analytics.
• Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
• Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using MEDDIC and Challenger methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and close net new logos within a given territory.
• Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions.
• Research and understand the business objectives of customers and perform value-driven sales cycles.
• Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline, drive opportunities and bookings.
• Create ROI and business justification reports based on data-driven insights.
