Glean is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for a high-impact sales role focused on landing new logos and expanding strategic enterprise relationships. You will navigate complex organizations to uncover opportunities and articulate quantified business value.

As a remote AE based in the FL/GA region, you will partner with product and marketing to drive multi-million dollar deals, leverage MEDDIC/Challenger approaches, and deliver repeatable bookings while shaping the enterprise AI adoption

Formación

6+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of being a top performer.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions.
Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud based software solutions.
Familiarity with MEDDIC and Challenger (or similar) methodologies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Source and close net new logos within a given territory.
Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions.
Research and understand the business objectives of customers and perform a value-driven sales cycle.
Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and deliver bookings.
Create ROI and business justification reports based on data-driven approaches.
6+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of top performance.
