Zusammenfassung

Glean is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand relationships within large enterprise accounts. You will land and manage multi-million dollar, often global, deals by leveraging Glean's AI tech and knowledge graphs to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will work remotely within the FL/GA territory, targeting C-level executives, and you will be responsible for ARR targets, strategic sales motions, and ROI-driven proposals.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of closing experience in sales, with a track record of top performance.
• Ability to learn, pitch and demonstrate a highly technical product in a fast-growing environment.
• Demonstrated history of closing complex deals and selling into complex organizations.

Aufgaben

• Source and close net-new logos within a given territory.
• Navigate complex org structures and identify executive sponsors and champions.
• Research customer objectives and perform value-driven sales cycles.
• Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
• Deliver ARR revenue targets and use a metric-based approach.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and bookings.
• Provide input to other functions and create ROI reports based on data.
