MyComputerCareer Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior Program to guide prospective students from initial consult through onboarding, translating military experience into civilian IT opportunities.

This fast-paced, target-driven role rewards high energy, empathy, and a consultative sales approach. You’ll manage high-volume outreach, drive pipeline growth, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure students complete enrollment and funding steps.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• High-daily-activity routines, pipeline velocity, and strong organization.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), video tools, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume daily outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversions, and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Conduct engaging in-person and camera-on consultations.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones, funding, and compliance.
• Partner with retention teams to ensure starts and progress.
