MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for its Cyber Warrior Program to guide prospective students from the initial consultation through onboarding. You will translate military experience into civilian IT pathways, and drive pipeline growth with a high-energy, consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities include engaging candidates, maintaining a rigorous outreach cadence, hitting enrollment targets, and coordinating funding and readiness steps to ensure successful starts.

Qualifications

• Experience in target-driven sales environments (2+ years).
• High daily activity and pipeline velocity management.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills for candidate career discussions.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of tech training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs.
• Deliver engaging consultations and presentations to build trust.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones, funding, and onboarding.
• Collaborate across teams to support student retention and starts.
