Job summary

MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for our Cyber Warrior Program to bridge military service with civilian IT careers. You will engage prospective students, guide them through the enrollment funnel, and help complete financial documentation and onboarding in a fast-paced sales environment.

This role requires consultative selling, empathy, and a strong drive to meet ambitious enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven Sales Success: 2+ years in target-driven sales environments.
• High-Volume Activity Discipline: Track record of executing high daily activity and pipeline velocity.
• Tech & Pipeline Literacy: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video presentation tools.
• Mission Alignment: Strong presentation and active-listening skills to convert career aspirations.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of technical skills training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to move candidates through the sales funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate purpose-driven grit by persisting through objections.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones including documentation and onboarding.
• Deliver engaging consults via in-person or camera-on sessions.
• Champion student retention and starts through cross-team collaboration.
