MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for its Cyber Warrior Program. You will guide prospective students from initial consultation through onboarding, translating military values into IT education success.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive Consultative Pipeline Growth: articulate the value of tech education and close enrollments.
• Maintain High-Volume Outreach: daily activities to progress candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed Performance & Conversion Quotas: meet enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Navigate the Enrollment Funnel: guide candidates through assessments, funding, and onboarding.
• Deliver Engaging Consultations: host professional video consultations to build trust and motivation.
• Champion Student Retention & Starts: collaborate to ensure students start on time.
