MyComputerCareer is hiring an Enrollment Advisor for its Cyber Warrior program. You will bridge military service and civilian IT careers, guiding prospective students through the enrollment funnel and facilitating financial documentation and onboarding.

This role demands high energy, consultative sales skills, and a strong drive to hit ambitious targets. You will conduct engaging consultations, work remotely, and collaborate with teams to retain students and ensure start readiness.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in target-driven sales environments (direct sales, recruiting, B2B/B2C).
• High-volume daily activity and pipeline velocity experience.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video tools.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills to convert career goals.

Responsabilidades

• Drive consultative pipeline growth through persuasive, value-driven presentations.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to move candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones and documentation.
• Deliver engaging consultations (in-person or camera-on) to build trust.
