Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in target-driven environments
• Proven ability to manage a high-activity pipeline
• Experience with CRM platforms and dashboards

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students
• Maintain high-volume outbound activity to advance candidates
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced setting
• Guide candidates through the enrollment funnel, including funding docs
• Host engaging consultations (in-person or camera-on) to build trust
• Collaborate on retention initiatives to ensure start readiness
