MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior program, a remote, US-based role that bridges military service with civilian IT careers. You will guide prospective students through the enrollment funnel, delivering consultative presentations, handling funding documentation, and driving enrollment starts with a high-energy sales approach.

The role requires strong relationship-building, CRM proficiency, and the ability to meet ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments (direct sales, recruiting, or outbound B2B/B2C).
• Proven high-volume activity discipline with strong pipeline velocity and organization.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and ability to analyze conversion metrics to optimize outreach.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of tech training and delivering compelling presentations.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Navigate the enrollment funnel from initial consult to onboarding, ensuring funding documentation is complete.
