MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for its Cyber Warrior Program. You will bridge military service and civilian IT careers, guiding prospective students through the enrollment funnel with high-energy, consultative sales skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments such as direct sales, agency recruiting, or outbound B2B/B2C sales.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), video presentation tools, and sales performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of tech skills training and delivering compelling presentations.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and advance candidates through the sales funnel daily.
• Exceed enrollment targets, convert velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide qualified candidates through enrollment milestones, including readiness assessments and funding documentation.
• Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations to build trust and motivate starts.
