MyComputerCareer Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to help prospective students pursue IT careers with a focus on cybersecurity training. You will drive pipeline conversion, conduct consultative presentations, and guide applicants through financing and onboarding.

This high-energy, target-driven role requires resilience, empathy, and a student-first mindset. Remote-friendly position with a schedule of rotating hours; compensation $55-70K annually, non-exempt.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales success in target-driven environments.
• Experience in high-volume outreach and pipeline velocity.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent presentation and active-listening skills.
• Strong alignment with mission and communication.

Responsabilités

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close enrollments.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver engaging in-person and video consultations.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones including funding and onboarding.
• Partner with teams on retention and starts.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
