MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students from initial consultation through onboarding in a remote role. You will drive pipeline growth with consultative selling, deliver compelling presentations, and help candidates pursue high-demand IT and cybersecurity careers.

Qualified candidates bring 2+ years in target-driven sales, strong CRM and video tool proficiency, and a commitment to helping military-to-civilian transitions succeed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments (direct sales, staffing, or outbound B2B/B2C).
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), video presentation tools, and sales dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and daily activity standards.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs.
• Demonstrate resilience and purpose-driven sales grit.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones including readiness assessments and funding.
• Deliver engaging consultations (in-person or camera-on) to build trust.
• Champion student retention and starts across teams.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
