MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior Program, remote position open to candidates nationwide. You will guide prospective students from initial consult through onboarding, emphasizing the value of IT and cybersecurity training and helping applicants convert to enrolled starts.

You’ll drive activity, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with teams to ensure retention and successful program starts, while meeting ambitious enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• High-daily-activity and pipeline velocity experience.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and video tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Deliver engaging consultations (in-person or camera-on) to build trust.
• Collaborate across teams on retention and starts.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and perform miscellaneous duties.
