Qualifications

• Exceptional presentation and active-listening skills; ability to turn aspirations into enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outbound activity and follow-up.
• Exceed enrollment targets, KPIs, and conversion velocity.
• Demonstrate grit and resilience when overcoming objections.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones, including funding documents.
• Deliver engaging in-person or camera-on consultations.
• Support retention initiatives to ensure start dates.
